    I ordered this and put it together. The instructions were pictures only. When I realized I had different parts and some were missing, I called Amazon, only to be transferred to a different firm (Bizrate). I left a message with my cell estimate mentioning I was at work and that was the best estimate to reach me. I got home and the person left me a message at home. I called her back at her extension stating I wanted to return it and I had purchased one locally. That was a month 3 weeks ago. I then sent an email requesting a return voucher and haven't heard a thing. It will be a long time before I purchase anything from Amazon or Bizrate again. It looks like I am stuck with a defunct chair.
